FAQ'S
What should I wear? You should wear comfortable workout clothing for all aerobic classes. For all pole classes, we recommend that you wear shorts and a tank top/t-shirt. You’ll need to have bare legs so that you can grip the pole! Shorts, a t-shirt and heels are best and bring some sneakers for warm-up. Footwear: Barefoot, gym, dance shoes and heels can be used for the variety of classes that we offer. Make sure that your hands are FREE from oil or lotion. Avoid wearing lotion on your legs if you’re wearing shorts for all pole classes. What should I bring? You should bring a towel and a water bottle. We have yoga mats and a water station if you choose not to bring your personal bottle of water. Please bring a photo ID when checking in at the reception desk.

I have to be super fit to join?
Who
comes to classes? Classes are for fun and fitness so everyone is welcome. Our classes have a supportive and friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome no matter what your age, shape or size!
Are there any monthly or setup fees?
We have both monthly memberships as well as pay as you go programs. Our staff at B-Risqué Fitness understands that everyone has a busy schedule and may not want a contract membership. For those clients we offer class cards. For those clients who will visit the studio more than once a week, we offer a great 12 month or 6 month membership.
How does the class card work?
You are free to take any class, any time, at your own pace. Our class cards are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase. One class will be deducted from your class card each time you take a class.
